Privacy Policy

Google account data

When you choose Google Sign-In, we receive basic authentication information such as your email address, name and account identifier. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or access your MeterParity workspace, secure the service and communicate about your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or other Google Workspace content.

Audit data

The MeterParity agent is designed to send aggregate audit results to MeterParity Cloud, including usage totals, discrepancy totals, affected-customer counts and calculated revenue exposure. Customer-level source records are not required by the Cloud ingest interface.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. MeterParity receives billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide the service, but does not store your card number.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers, including Supabase for application data and authentication and Stripe for payments and supported billing integrations.

Retention and security

We retain account and service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations and protect the service. See our Security page for our current data-handling approach.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your MeterParity account data by contacting privacy@meterparity.com.
