Terms of Service

Service

MeterParity provides usage revenue audit and monitoring information. Findings should be reviewed by your organization before making billing or financial changes. MeterParity does not automatically alter invoices or customer billing records.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having authority to connect data sources, protecting credentials you control and validating actions taken based on audit results.

Free audit

The initial revenue audit may be offered without charge. Availability and scope may change as the service evolves.

Subscriptions

Paid Continuous Monitoring is billed at the recurring price shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue through the end of the already-paid period. Payment processing is handled through Stripe.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to compromise the service, access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with other users.
